About Us

Great Plains Search and Rescue K9s, Inc. (GPSK9s) is a non-profit, volunteer-based ground search and rescue team. Our certified members specialize in K9 search and recovery, air scent, trailing, disaster, and human remains detection, as well as incident command and first aid. We operate under the Incident Command System and provide our services free of charge. Our team is available 24/7/365, and we continually train and educate ourselves. GPSK9s is committed to assisting federal, state, county, and local law enforcement agencies in locating missing persons. We rely on donations and grants to continue our mission.
